THE BURKE COMPANIES
In 1984, Glen and his wife Kimberly Pine Burke, began investing in real estate. They both are Winchester natives, love living here and wanted to give others the opportunity to enjoy this area. Their goal is to provide “quality rentals at affordable prices”.
In 1995, Glen Burke sold his family furniture store, Spitzer’s Furniture, to concentrate on what had been his part time business. Little by little the Burkes increased their portfolio and in 1997 Burke Realty, Inc. was born. Since then they have continued to invest and broaden their rental portfolio which now includes not only Burke Realty, Inc.
but also Pine-Burke Realty, LLC
and K-T Realty, Inc.
They offer residential and commercial rental properties. When dealing with the Burke companies, you will be dealing directly with the owners. They offer the modern conveniences of online rent payments and maintenance requests with the added benefit of knowing the owners.
